We offer a variety of packages for classes or one-to-one training in Boxing and Thai Boxing. Whether your goal is to get fit or fighting fit for the ring, we have you covered!.

Timetable

PEE WEE BOXING (ages 5-9)

A 45-minute class to teach boxing basics. Children learn new skills within a dynamic and energetic fun environment.

JUNIOR BOXING (ages 10-16)

These sessions will be delivered by an England boxing qualified instructor. Participants will be taught the basics of boxing from a stance guard footwork. This will lead to pad work and tech drills and then when ready an amateur boxing bout. Our coaches will ensure they are matched to an opponent of similar experience and skills. These sessions differ from our recreational boxing in that we will strictly follow England Boxing guidelines which will require all participants to undergo medical checks

ADULT BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE BOXING

This ninety-minute session will get you working to the max. Learn the techniques of boxing as well as skipping, drill work, circuits and bag work. If fitness and learning how to defend yourself are your goals, this is for you. This is a no-sparring session.

ADULT CARDED AND EXPERIENCED BOXING

Action packed, high-intensity session using boxing techniques including bag work, skipping and drills. This session is only for experienced boxers who have been approved to attend the session. Sparring for carded boxers is not optional.

CARDED CARDIO BOXING

Action packed, high-intensity session using boxing techniques including bag work, skipping, drills and sparring. A must for anyone wishing to compete. This session is only for experienced boxers who have been approved to attend the session. For competitive boxers, Darren and the team will create and plan these sessions to complement your boxing sessions.

ADULT BOXING 60 MINUTES

We have condensed our classic boxing class to a shorter, intense session — perfect for beginner and intermediate levels. We teach the fundamentals of boxing technique while providing a rigorous workout with drills, bag work, and skipping. This is a no-contact session, so you will not be sparring. Our coaches can advise those who wish to learn how to spar or to compete.

WOMENS BOXING FITNESS (BOXERSIZE)

A high-intensity class that mixes body weight exercises, bag work and pad work. All the benefits of a boxing workout without physical contact

JUNIOR MUAY THAI/K1

For participants with limited or no Muay Thai (K-!) experience who want to learn a new discipline to keep fit, hone their fighting skills and learn a means of self-defence. It is also for the general keep fitters who are not interested in competing ( sparring etc ). Sessions are varied so that participants can develop at their own pace and work with other participants who are at a similar level. We can help any participant who excels and wants pursue Muay Thai (K-1) at an amateur level.

A 45-minute class teaching Karate basics. Children will learn new skills within a dynamic and energetic environment

Bag Blast – High Intensity Fitness Workout

Combination of bag work, mixed with circuit training to burn over 500 calories in one Session

BOXING THAI SPARRING

For advanced levels. Build your skills and fight technique in a supercharged class. Learn how to spar and work towards competitions. We conduct our sparring classes at each person’s appropriate level in a controlled, fun, and safe environment.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Fight circuits cover the fitness element of boxing. Body weight exercises mixed with skipping, and shadow boxing ( boxing tech) are taught with a mixture of weights that deliver a HIIT-style workout to promote fitness and weight management. For athletes, our team can advise variations to increase fitness and complement individual sports.

OPEN GYM

The gym is open for individual Fitness and martial arts/boxing training and no classes at this time. Open Gym

membership needs to be purchased.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSION – WBO TRAINER

This should be geared toward people looking to fight in a white collar boxing event and or individual who are training for amateur and or professional fights
