Darren's impressive track record as a trainer of four world champion boxers underscores his expertise and commitment to the sport. With over 25 years of experience in professional boxing training and an additional 20 years in strength and conditioning, he possesses a wealth of knowledge that benefits both amateur and professional fighters.
His emphasis on boxing techniques and strength training offers a comprehensive approach to preparing athletes for competition. This combination is vital for developing not only technical skills but also the physical conditioning needed to excel.
FITNESS COACH
Emma’s extensive experience as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer reflects her dedication to fitness. Her passion for boxing and functional training not only makes her workouts engaging but also empowers women to achieve their weight loss goals in an enjoyable way.
By blending boxing with functional training, she creates dynamic sessions that cater to all fitness levels. Her approach fosters a supportive community among her clients, which is essential for long-term success.
SENIOR KARATE COACH
Darren began his training in 1990, gained Shodan in 1996, Nidan in 2001, Sensei in 2001, Shadan in 2007 and Yondan in 2015.
He continues to hone his skills as all great Karateka.
A high-intensity class that mixes body weight exercises, bag work and pad work.
